A Short History
The Westminster Website first went on line in April, 1999. Since
that time it has been modified, rearranged, and added to from
various suggestions to the Webmaster.
During 2002 it was decided to do a major face lift of the
site. We wanted to do an improved job of telling the Westminster
story as to
- who we are,
- what we believe, and
- what we do.
What you see is the result. It will never be "done", but we
think we have a good start. Thanks for coming. Please come back.
We hope some of the next items will make your stay here even
more enjoyable.
To Search For A Word (Find all
occurrences of a word)
Each page on the site has a "Search" box. To use it:
- Click once in the box (then see a flashing cursor),
- Type in the word for which to search (case does not
matter),
- Stroke Enter.
In just a few seconds you will see a listing of all pages
containing the given word.
Click on any page to go there. (You may have to hunt for
the word -- it is NOT bolded.)
To return to the listing of pages, use your "back button"
or ALT-LeftArrow .
Helps for Navigating the Site
To go backwards to pages already browsed ---
Click on the "back" button at the top of your
browser, or
Hold ALT and stroke LeftArrow.
To go forward to pages already browsed ---
Click on the "forward" button at the top of your
browser, or
Hold ALT and stroke RightArrow.
To go to the top of a page from near the bottom ---
- Click on the "back to top" button at the very bottom of
the page.
To enlarge the vertical viewing area (IF your
*browser is "Internet Explorer"):
- Stroke F11.
To return to original layout, stroke F11 a second
time.
*Other browsers may (or may not) have the same feature.
