Preschool Philosophy
Westminster Presbyterian Church offers Westminster Preschool
to children ages 3 to 5 years of age, prior to attending Kindergarten. The program provides
a safe, nurturing environment where children can develop spiritually, emotionally, socially,
physically, intellectually, and culturally.
Program Activities
A developmental program which balances both child-initiated and
teacher-directed activities will be provided.
Activities will include: music, stories, art activities, fingerplays,
structured and unstructured playtime, field trips, guest speakers, chapel chat, sharing
time and a nutritional snack each day.
Westminster Preschool is a state licensed preschool program.
Nebraska state child care licensing requirements are met at all times.
The safety and well-being of each child is a top priority with
the preschool staff. A Westminster Preschool staff member is always available
who is trained in CPR and First Aid.
Classes & Tuition Rates
You may sign up for one of the following sessions each week:
Morning classes: 9:00 to 11:30 am
**Tuesday, Thursday
( 2 days per week)
**Monday, Wednesday, Friday
( 3 days per week)
**Monday through Friday
(5 days per week)
Afternoon classes: 12:30 to 3:00 pm
**Monday, Wednesday, Friday
( 3 days per week)

Summer Adventure Camp
(a preschool daycamp)
Adventure Camp is a daycamp for preschool
children. Children ages 3 yrs to 5 years old can enjoy the fun and
excitement of a camp experience.
All activities are designed to be appropriate
for the developmental needs and abilities of the preschool age child.
Activities will include: art projects, playground play, singing, nature
hikes, a cookout lunch, storytime, fishing, games and a morning snack.
Hours: 9:00 am until 1:30 pm
