TAILS FROM THE MANGER
A Christmas Musical for Young Voices
Children 3 years-8th grade are invited to participate in this
year’s Christmas Musical which will be performed during 10:30 worship on
December 18th . Practice will begin this Wednesday at 6:30 and will
continue on Wednesdays through Nov. and Dec. (There will be no practice
Nov. 23rd.) Bring the whole family to WOW for dinner! $2.50 each, $10 max.
Auditions for singing parts, using music learned during the first few
rehearsals, will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 16th. Auditions for
speaking parts will be Wednesday, Nov. 30th.
Adult help is needed to create costumes for the
Children’s Musical. Please contact Masako or Betsy.
ADVENT FUN SHOP
Sunday, November 20 3-5pm
Before the holidays get too hectic, spend some
time with friends and family remembering the "reason for the season." Kids
and adults can enjoy various craft activities and refreshments. Cards will
be made to send to older congregation members. Family Advent devotion
booklets will be for sale. This is a wonderful opportunity for new
families to experience the spirit at Westminster! Encourage your friends
and neighbors to join us. Free will donations will be accepted.
The Advent Fun Shop has traditionally been a
highlight of the holiday season for many families. Volunteers are
desperately needed. Please prayerfully consider being a part of this
