Picnic on the Prairie
Get out your straw hats and
sunbonnets and dust off the old wicker hamper. We're going on a picnic! Sunday June 8th, following the 10:30 worship service we'll be caravanning to Spring Creek Prairie--over 800 acres of native tallgrass prairie and woodlands near Denton. This prairie is family- friendly with modern  restrooms, picnic facilities, barrier-free trails, and a unique nature gift shop. Especially for Westminster, Spring Creek will open early that day and offer a reduced admission fee of $3.00 per person.

Pack whatever you'd like for
lunch, and after we eat we'll join
in some activities specially designed by prairie naturalists for the enjoyment of all ages. Watch the  Vine for more details, and sign up at the Prairie Picnic table in the garden room on June 1st.
