Eco Tip # 4: The Web is giving new life to old stuff by helping people give it away to people who need or want to reuse it. Freecycle.org is a growing, volunteer-driven movement (right here in Lincoln) that makes it easy to clean out the house without filling up a dumpster. Just list your stuff on their website, and before you know it someone will e-mail you with a request to collect it. Generally, the only rule is that everything must be offered for free. Learn more ways of caring for our planet at ECO-FAIR, Sunday, Sep 9.
