Weddings at Westminster - Fees
FEES
The Westminster Presbyterian Church facilities
and staff are available to serve members and non members. The fee of $900 for
members and $1,200 for non members includes the expenses of all staff and
aesthetic accoutrements that are provided for your ceremony. The fee includes a
$150 damage deposit. This fee will be returned within two (2) weeks after the
wedding if no damage or misuse of the church facilities has been found.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is to be
paid when your wedding date is placed on the church calendar. Checks are to be
payable to Westminster Presbyterian Church.
If you wish to provide food in Cole Hall for the
wedding party preceding the wedding, there will be a custodial fee of $20 for
setup and cleanup.
Westminster will video your wedding for a fee of
$350. If you wish to have a video, let the wedding coordinator know at the time
of your consultation.
Couples may, of course, choose to have a small
wedding in the Sanctuary, Chapel, Parlor, etc., with minimal or no fees.
The balance due on all wedding fees are
payable to Westminster Church one week before the wedding.
